  • Orders are fufilled Monday to Friday. If order volume is high it can take up to 3 business days to pack and fufill your order. Once you’ve got your shipping notification, USA and Canada based orders can expect delivery within 1-3 weeks. International orders routinely take 2-4 weeks, however we have seen the odd rare instance of waits up to 2 months for remote or militarized areas in Asia, Europe and Australia. If an order must cross an international border and is held for any reason, this can add a delay of up to one week.

    We are a small business with several hard working folks on deck but we ain’t no Amazon Prime. Rest assured your order is a top priority in every case.

  • Please note, these policies have recently changed.

    If your order contains flat paper products (decals only), we charge a reduced shipping rate of $6.66 and ship by letter mail. Letter mail does not include tracking. As of June 2023, anything larger will be shipped by Righteous Air Mail via Canada Post & USPS with a tracking number. Please refer to your shipping notification.

  • We have historically refrained from tracked shipping to keep the cost of shipping as low to our customers as possible. However, due to recent abuse of such policy, we will be using tracked service for all three dimensional packages moving forward.

    Orders of flat paper products such as decals are shipped at a lower rate by letter mail and do not include tracking.

  • This is uncommon because our mail team is deadly (we’ve got a triple check system) but if we’ve made an error in packing your order, please let us know immediately and send us a photo of the package contents. Keep your items with their original mailer. Once we can confirm where we went wrong and that any unwanted items are still in sellable condition, we will replace, resend or correct your order and reimburse any additional shipping costs.

    Bottom line: we’ll make it right.

  • Every order is shipped with a return address. If your delivery runs into issues it will be sent back to us. In the event we receive a return-to-sender, we’ll contact you to resolve the issue. If your address was submitted incorrectly, there will be a re-shipment fee. If it’s our fuck up, we’ll re-ship your item immediately and provide you with a store credit in thanks for your patience. If some asshole stole your mail off your stoop… understand we can’t help that. But let us know anyway.
